Brewed in collaboration with Denmark’s Toøl, 45 days later is a bold and robust Baltic Porter. The beer is fermented at lower temperatures than our usual Porters, allowing for the malts to become even more expressive, bringing notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee. Despite it’s heft, the beer remains smooth, balanced and easy drinking
