This is the second time we have had the honor of hosting the Verdant brewery from the UK. This time we have set our sights on a dose of stronger beer, namely an extremely juicy DIPA with an extract of 18 Plato.
In addition to Pilsner malt, the backfill is made up of oatmeal and wheat malt. The whole thing was hopped intensively in whirlpool and cold. Hops such as Mosaic, HBC 586 and Galaxy are responsible for the aroma of this beer.
