Our Eminence series features single hop varieties and the specific qualities that they bring to a beer. We blended a base of two-year-old Spontanous Danish Wild Ale with our one-year-old Danish Wild Ale and dry hopped with a generous amount of New Zealand Motueka to highlight the flavors and aromas of lime zest, lemongrass and stone fruit that these hops contribute.
