A new hazy DDH’ed Double IPA. Wheat- and spelt-heavy malt base and hopped with five different hops, mostly American, but topped off with a sprinkle of Australian Galaxy.
Malts:
Extra pale Maris Otter, wheat malt, spelt malt & flaked torrefied oats
Hops:
Sultana, Cashmere, Amarillo, Galaxy & Idaho-7
Yeast:
AEB New-E
