A very festive and hardy holiday “saison”, homemade at Belgium’s smallest family brewery. Extra rich for the holiday season. Schoolteachers Marie-Noelle Pourtois and Pierre-Alex Carlier have together come up with the formula for great traditional brews. They hearty, flavorful, and sometimes exotic styles are all made in their tiny garage brewery.
