Our first collab with Caravelle has been far too long in coming. And it’s a double whammy. One brew at Garage HQ and another at Caravelle. The Garage beer is a style that we have never brewed but fits the brewery and the cooler season well. A Hoppy Red . Or Red IPA , whichever floats your boat. Like a West Coast IPA but with a more pronounced malt character and a beautiful copper red hue. That doesn’t mean that the hops take a back seat. There’s still plenty of them in there and they are dancing beautifully with the enhanced malt character to create as wintery an IPA as you could get.
