Our first Micro IPA clocks in at 3.5% but packs in plenty of body and tons of tropical fruit flavours. Loads of Strata, Bru-1 and Galaxy push pineapple to the extreme with notes of Grapefruit and pear and passion fruit backing it up. A substantial body is built through careful building of a grist that consists of a base mix of Vienna and Maris Otter and heavily supplemented by super high protein spelt malt and loads of malted and flaked oats. Finally a kiss of sweetness is brought to the table from a light dosing of Caramalt ensuring the juicy character of the hops is accentuated making this a micro IPA an everday drinking tropical bomb.
