It’s dank up north! This west coast IPA brewed with Stigbergets is a big citrus, piney, gooseberry number. A beauty of a hop blend of Centennial (Oli from Stiggys said “just give me loads of Centennial”), Amarillo, Nelson and Strata is laid over a stripped back extra pale malt base that has a little bit of wheat. This clean, dry and bitter IPA is built to let the hops shine.
