This zesty Lemon Wit was cooked up with our friends at To Øl, who joined us for Springwell Sessions: April 2023. A heavy dose of wheat has been balanced with Pilsner and Light Munich malts to provide a soft yet clean body. Loral elevates the natural herbal flavours within the chamomile, and balances with citrus notes to compliment the lemon zest. Fermented with Belgian Haze Saison yeast to bring a delightful bready character, with esters of over ripe banana, soft pear, and a refreshing, peppery dry finish. A perfect beer to enjoy in the sun.
