Single Hop Pale Ale
Amarillo is a veteran of the American hop scene, having been around since the late 90s, and it has lasted so long for good reason! Its distinct flavour profile, including citrus, floral undertones and a hint of spice, has led brewers from around the world to use it and at Thornbridge it features in a number of our recipes.
Hops – Amarillo
Malt – Low Colour Maris Otter, Carapils, Oat Malt and Wheat
