Barrel & Foudre Aged + Autumn Fruits + Wild Yeasts 2018
Through autumn we forage the hedgerows around the brewery that are heavy with berries. Every year we will bring out Redwood, an annual release celebrating the previous years hedgerow vintage.
Aged for almost a year in some second use Modus Operandi, Burgundy red wine and Scotch Whisky barrels to produce a rich, rounded, tart beer that is intriguing and tasty.
This year we believe it’s been aged with copious amounts of Sloes, Blackberries, Raspberries, Mulberrys, Damsons, Plums, Gooseberries, and Elderberries. Need we say more?
