A collaborative recipe made with the amazing crew from Casey Brewing and Blending in Colorado USA. Fermented with a combination of their yeast and bacteria strains and ours. Fermented in stainless steel and dry hopped with Cashmere before resting in Chardonnay barrels for 15 months.
