Nopales - canned 04/25

Nopales are the edible pad of the prickly pear cactus which also bears the delicious prickly pear fruit. While we didn't use any cactus in this delicious Imperial IPA we did use, Krush, a hop of neo-mexicanus origin which is a sub species of hops from New Mexico. This beer has very complex citrus notes ranging from lime to orange and general fruity profile with some lychee and tropical fruit peeking through. Canned : 29 april 2025 7,9% 440ml BLIK
