Following our wish to express extreme drinkability in our drinks, we just push this new hoppy bev into the wild. A tender malt matrix is layered as a fundamental base, paired with some beautiful lot of Centennial hops in the hot stages. What’s next is the usual “leave alone and let ferment” but this time less dry and a bit more juiced. Double stage dry hopping IPA house process has been perfectly executed, and Mosaic stratified on top of Idaho 7. Both of these hop lots are simply expressive beasts. Expect soft sugared lemon sherbet paired with some freshly cut pineapple. Some sort of peach ring and guayaba are just behind, slapping some more aroma through it. 440ml 6,5% BLIK
