Get ready for OBLIVION, our newest Russian Imperial Stout! This 30 Plato big boy has been double mashed and had an extended boil to create a syrupy beer base to begin with. The beer is loaded with oats to create a pillowy, thick mouthfeel. OBLIVION screams complexity as the beer has four different roast malts in it, creating a vessel full of flavour. On the cold side we added over 10kg of freshly roasted cocoa nibs
and finished it with vanilla to round it up.
