Ratio of Exchange

A collaboration of Belgian tradition and modern mixed culture brewing. After a visit to our much admired friends at Oud Beersel in Belgium, a plan was hatched to blend our two beers together. Comprising 33% Lambic, 33% of our oak aged wild ale, and the rest being hoppy 3 month old Saison. The character of both breweries shines equally well. Packaged with raw honey in green glass bottles for a natural carbonation. 6,8 %  -  75cl
